Happy kids

Haley and Sophie started out the new school year this morning. I over slept and Haley had twenty minutes to get ready, sorry again kid. But she did alright. She had to ride the bus on her first day, because Sophie goes to another school and one or the other would be late. But she is a fourth grader now and doesn’t need me as much. So the school bus was late and I had to pull Sophie out her coma and get her ready, but she got to say bye to Haley.
Sophie didn’t give me any problems getting ready. She was excited; we went over some of the school rules while getting ready. When we got to school a boy was freaking out because his Mom left him that kind of scared her. And it made other kids start to cry. But Sophie didn’t cry, she was just shivering so hard she said she might throw up. I‘ll pack her a sweater tomorrow.
I had a nice quite day with one screaming child.
I picked up Sophie and she had a good day, but doesn’t want to go back. Something about her being mean to other kids.
Haley had a great day, she loves her new teacher. I hope she has a good year.
