We took the kids out today. I wouldn’t tell them where we were going, so when we pulled up to the Natural History Museum in Atlanta they we really happy. I was hesitant about taking them after the whole aquarium thing, I even asked Davy before we left if he was sure he wanted to take them any where. He asked me the same question, and he seemed confident in his decision to go. We had a good time. Sophie was so good. Ruby was so laid back. Haley took it all in. I took a lot of pictures, mostly blurry. One thing I noticed was the lack of pictures of Haley. She is never around, always going off on her own exploring her surroundings. I don’t make a big stink about it; I know it’s hard to look at things when you’ve got little ones pestering you. Sometimes I don’t see how grown up she is. So I keep my mouth shut, and direct my reeling in methods on Sophie. But we had a good time. We can’t wait until the next trip into Atlanta. After words we went to our favorite store Barnes and Nobles. I bought a book to read to the girls before they went to bed tonight. It was nice, they both enjoyed it. Ruby had enough for they day, she’s out cold. Anyone who has plans to visit us, don’t worry, by the time you get here we will know all the cool places to go. My lesson for the day was; take the kids to places where they can touch things and play! To much, “Don’t touch that, stay here!” is a disaster of a day waiting to happen.

Sounds like everybody had a grand time. We just had the grandkids stay with us for a week and hands-on stuff to do is a necessity.
