Sophie, Haley, and I went to the movies after church yesterday. We saw The Itsy Bitsy Spiderman. I knew that it would be too mature for Sophie to watch, but I knew she would be so mad if we left her behind. She did okay, there were a couple of times I had to get on to her. It was when we left the mall we had our first tantrum. Hitting, screaming, and kicking all the way to the car. Then we had to stop at the store. The second fit wasn't as bad as the first, but I picked her up held her tight and told her to cry it out. She did, and after that she was an angle. Sometimes you have to stop yelling and throwing threats at her and just love her. She has got the strongest will that I have ever seen in a person, I think even stronger than her Dad's. I wonder what she will do with all that when she is an adult. This is an old picture but it's one of my favorites.
