It's Been a While

Wow! It has been a while since I posted any thing. I’ve been trying to get two rooms painted, and it has been harder than what I thought it would be. Then I came down with a really bad cold. But I think I’m almost over it. All is well with the girls. Sophie is doing great in school; she has calmed down a great deal. I think she has transferred her terrible two’s to Ruby. This is something I do not want to go through again. Maybe it won’t last as long as it did with Sophie. She is getting so tall, I hope she slows down a little; she’ll be taller than Sophie before too long. Haley is getting her grades up, and she is growing up. She has lots of friends and she is always on the go. She is a reminder of how old I am getting. The gray on my head is also a reminder. Thank goodness for hair color. April and Lane will be here next Wednesday. I still have a lot of work to do. I’ve been going to a bible study on Tuesdays; we’ve been doing a Beth Moore study on the book of Esther. It’s been fun. I hope they will offer another soon. Davy is good, he is still a pain. Ruby has him wrapped around her finger; she is the only kid that will sit with him through a football game. She Wuvs him. And if she got to know you she would Wuv you too!
