Today we had a pumpkin painting party. We had Haley’s partner in crime over to paint. Madison and Haley are the new bad kids of the neighborhood. That is another story, but I will tell you that they were grounded from each other the whole week. And today they were released back into society. Good kids, bad choices. Any way we painted our pumpkins today, I don’t carve them anymore. Can you see Sophie with a knife? And they don’t rot as fast when you paint them. I might carve one when it gets closer to Halloween. We had fun; I think Ruby did a good job on hers. Sophie chooses a more abstract design. Haley as put a granny vampire looks towards hers. We have all their costumes ready. I really like getting my kids all dressed up. I would dress up myself but all the costumes that are out look like something you’d get from an Adult store and would fit on someone who doesn’t eat. Anyway, fall is here, trees are changing colors and we can open the windows. I hope it lasts for awhile.

Great job, girls!
I especially thought Ruby did a fantastic job. Looks likes she's pretty talented.
Great pumpkins, Charlie Brown!
I'd like to hear the gory details on the crime spree by the new neighborhood ne'er-do-wells.
Haley's pumpkin is one scary granny!
Sophie is the Salvador Dali of my neices.
Ruby has talents I wasn't aware of.
Nice job, girls.
