I think we should have made their visit here longer. One day we thought about doing just that, but it would have been pricy. So I think I convinced her to come back in October so we can go trick-or-treating together. Because Lane will still be able to sit in her lap by then and only one ticket will be needed. Anyway, having her here was great. It is always funny to us that when we see each other it is like I just saw her yesterday. Davy says it is because we talk on the phone all the time. We do, every week, for hours, about absolutely ridiculous stuff. I think it has helped me a lot with staying at home. I am pretty sure that my husband doesn’t want to come home and here me ramble on about Grays Anatomy, and I’m sure Brent ( Aprils husband) can care less also. I always heard that you would make your life long friend at college. Well in my case it was Albertsons Distribution Center 8720, I made two good friends and a husband.
Let me say a couple more things about Baby Lane. This was our first time meeting him so we really didn’t know what he’d be like. He was so light and small. And he always smiled at you and put his arms out for you to pick him up. And you couldn’t help but do just that. He and Ruby liked to play in the dog food together. Ruby was very gentle with him and she usually isn’t with other little ones. One other thing, he loves his Momma, what a good boy.
I am glad they came, and I hope to see them soon. Maybe April will be blessed again and next time we see her she will have bigger tummy.
