Sopie Got Mail

Sophie will be turning three on Saturday, and so she is starting to receive mail. She loves to open up an envelope and pretend to read her card. They all start out with “Dear Sophie, I love you! ________ (Grandma, Papa, Aunt, or Uncle So and So.) Today she found a box that had been delivered to her and she was so excited. She opened it up and read the receipt like it was a card and then saw a little people nativity set. She loves it; she was upset when Ruby began eating the baby Jesus. But I showed her that slobber does come off. Then she called her Aunt Sissy to thank her for the new toy. It’s so much fun to have one of our kids have a birthday, they get so excited. I can’t wait for Saturday to get here; she’s going to have a great day.
